Even here in Montana, especially though the workforce and economic challenges we have faced over the last year, companies will compete on innovation and talent like never before. Technology will not only change work, but workforce development itself and our labor markets will continue to become more dynamic, not less. Skill obsolescence will be a permanent risk and economic recovery will be a long-term effort. WorkForce Flathead is where employers come together to mobilize the business community to become more engaged and build programs that will fuel our community’s economic success. Here, private businesses work together with non-profits, education providers, government, and more to connect K-12 learning to careers, build upskilling programs for our existing workforce, and explore ways to ensure your company has access to the talent it needs to grow.
